  • The music of Edie Hill will be featured as a part of the Schubert Club's weekly Courtroom Concert series on April 4 at 12:00PM. Admission is free of charge.

    The program is as follows:

    Rincon del cielo: Corner of the Sky for tenor and guitar (world premiere)

    Songs from Amy Lowell: A Rare Pattern

    An Illuminated Transience for SATB chorus, a cappella (performed by Academy of Voices - Samuel Kjellberg, conductor)

  • Critically acclaimed men's vocal ensemble, Cantus, will perform the fifth movement of Edie's A Sound Like This at 8:00pm on Friday, November 16th at Benson Great Hall at Bethel University. The concert is part of A Minnesota Choral Mosaic, a weekend of concerts celebrating ACDA-Minnesota's 50th anniversary. In addition to Cantus, Friday's concert will also feature the VocalEssence Ensemble Singers.

  • Flutist Linda Chatterton will perform Edie's This Floating World next Sunday, September 30th, at 4:00PM at Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church in Minneapolis. Chatterton and her pianist colleague Matthew McCright will present their concert program from their recent performances at the British Flute Society convention and the International Anthony Burgess Foundation.   • Edie Hill's 'The Bike Let Loose' will be performed at the 62nd Annual Dorian Vocal Festival Grand Concert January 9, 2012, Luther College in Decorah Iowa.

    The Dorian Vocal Festival is for outstanding junior and senior vocalists in high school. Musicians are nominated by their choral directors. Of these students, 1300 are chosen to participate in the Festival Choir. A grand concert is held at the end of the Festival. During this concert the Luther College Nordic Choir also performs, along with festival soloists who are selected from over 500 students who audition.

  • Tantalus Guitar Quartet performs Above the Green Night by Edie Hill as part of the Seven Hills Guitar Series held in Opperman Hall, Florida State University.

    Tantalus maintains an active performing schedule, and has appeared at important concert series and festivals throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada, including Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, the Guitar Foundation of America Convention, and the New York Guitar Seminar (U.S.A.); Iserlohn International Guitar Symposium (Germany); Acadia International Guitar Festival (Canada); and many others.
